Agreement

These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to the mobile game BetNação: Desafio do Gol (the "Game") and to this website (the "Site"), provided by Tide Kick Games ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, installing or playing the Game, or by using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game or the Site.

If you downloaded the Game from the Apple App Store, the Licensed Application End User License Agreement of Apple also applies. Where it conflicts with these Terms, Apple's agreement takes precedence for the Game.

Licence to play

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play the Game on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment. You may not:

• copy, modify, sell, rent or distribute the Game or any part of it;
• reverse engineer, decompile or try to extract its source code, except where the law allows it;
• use cheats, bots or modified versions of the Game, or interfere with how it works;
• use the Game for any unlawful purpose.

A skill game — no betting, no money

The Game is a skill-based football game for entertainment only. It does not offer betting, gambling or real-money prizes. Coins, stars, balls, kits and any other in-game items are earned only by playing, have no monetary value, cannot be bought, sold, transferred or exchanged for money or anything of value, and are not your property.

Your progress

The Game has no accounts. Your progress and settings are stored only on your device. We cannot restore progress that is lost because you uninstalled the Game, cleared its data, changed devices or used Settings → Reset progress.

Intellectual property

The Game and the Site, including their design, graphics, characters, text, music and sound, belong to us or to our licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. Third-party materials (such as the Montserrat font, licensed under the SIL Open Font License) are used under their own licences. These Terms do not give you any rights in our names, logos or trademarks.

Updates and availability

We may update, change or stop offering the Game or any feature of it at any time, for example to fix problems or add content. Some updates may be required to keep playing. We do not promise that the Game will always be available or free of errors.

Disclaimer

The Game and the Site are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data or progress, arising from your use of the Game or the Site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Game, if any.

Privacy

How we handle information is described in our Privacy Policy. In short: the Game collects no personal information and keeps your data on your device.

Ending these Terms

You can stop using the Game at any time by uninstalling it. If you break these Terms, your licence to use the Game ends automatically.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version on this page with a new effective date. If you keep playing after a change, you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the country where you live, to the extent its consumer protection rules apply to you, and otherwise by the laws applicable to the provider of the Game.
