Who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how the mobile game BetNação: Desafio do Gol (the "Game") and the website at be-nacao.info (the "Site") handle information. "We", "us" and "our" refer to the team behind the Game. Questions about this policy can be sent to support@be-nacao.info.

The short version

• The Game has no accounts and does not ask for your name, email, phone number or any other personal information.
• The Game does not contain advertising, analytics or tracking SDKs.
• There are no purchases in the Game: no real-money payments, betting or prizes.
• Your progress and settings are stored only on your device.
• We receive personal information only if you choose to email us.

Information stored on your device

To remember your game, the Game saves the following on your device, in the app's local storage:

• progress: stars per level, best scores, Free Session records, completed challenges;
• in-game coins and the balls and kits you have unlocked and selected;
• settings: language, music and sound volume, vibration, and whether you have finished the introduction.

This information is not sent to us or to anyone else. It stays on your device until you delete it with Settings → Reset progress, clear the app's data or uninstall the Game.

Information you send us

If you contact us by email (directly or through the form on the Site, which only opens your own email app), we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and the content of your message. We use it only to answer you and to fix the problem you report. We keep this correspondence only as long as needed for that, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.

The Site

The Site is a set of static pages. It does not use cookies, analytics or advertising, and its contact form does not store or transmit anything — it prepares an email in your own email app. Like any website, the hosting provider that serves the pages may keep standard technical server logs (such as IP address, browser type and time of the request) for security and operation.

Device features

The Game may use your device's vibration for haptic feedback; you can turn it off in Settings. The Game does not access your contacts, camera, microphone, photos or location.

Sharing and selling

We do not sell, rent or share personal information. The only personal information we ever hold is the email correspondence you choose to send, and we do not share it with third parties except where required by law.

Children

The Game does not collect personal information from anyone, including children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information by email, contact us and we will delete it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in the European Union or the LGPD in Brazil), you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict its use. Because the Game keeps your data only on your device, you can delete it yourself at any time. For anything we hold — your emails to us — write to support@be-nacao.info and we will respond within the time required by applicable law.

Security

Game data never leaves your device through the Game. We protect the email correspondence we receive with reasonable measures, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Changes to this policy

If we change how the Game or the Site handles information, we will update this page and its effective date. Significant changes will be highlighted on this page.
